for Public Housing

is Open as of 7/3/19

The Housing Authority of the Town of Greenwich, (HATG) will be accepting pre-applications for 2, 3 and bedroom units in the above-mentioned program for the development known as: Wilbur Peck Court beginning Wednesday July 3, 2019.  There is no closing date

Pre-applications and verification must be MAILED as follows:

Only fully completed, legible pre-applications post-marked July 3, 2019 or later will be accepted.  See notice for complete details.  Applications forms can be downloaded here or obtained from the HATG office located at 249 Milbank Avenue between 8:30-4:30 M-F.

 The Housing Authority of the Town of Greenwich is an Equal Housing Provider.

The State Moderate Waiting List

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Housing Authority of the Town of Greenwich (HATG), announces the closing date of Friday May 8, 2020 to apply for the Waiting List for STATE MODERATE Waiting List.  Applications postmarked after May 8, 2020 will not be accepted.


The reason for closing the list is that wait times are estimated to be two years or more.


The Armstrong Court Site Based Waiting List

was CLOSED on December 27, 2017. It is now part of the State Moderate Waiting List

and no longer accepting applications.

WHEN WILL THE WAIT LIST REOPEN?

When any list opens it will be announced in The Greenwich Time and here on this website.

Please check in to the website periodically or call 203-869-1138 x120.  You can also sign up for notifications for Federal Programs at www.CThcvp.org.


WAIT LISTS

REPORTING CHANGES

Changes in Income, Address or Family Composition must be submitted in writing using the Change/Request Form below. Please include the waiting list and application number from your status letter.

ANNUAL UPDATES

Active applicants are sent updates each year in the same month as their original application. Refer to your status letter to see when it can be expected.

STATUS

Applicants who submit their completed update forms and verification before the due date will receive a status letters with their position on the waiting list.
